Oryx signs OCU Group at Kirkgate in Epsom

Oryx has completed a new office letting at Kirkgate, Epsom, Greater London, to OCU Group, a national infrastructure services group working across energy transition, power, water and digital infrastructure.

OCU has taken 4,000 sq. ft. of CAT A+ fitted space on a five-year lease.

OCU joins a notably diverse occupier base at Kirkgate, already spanning childcare, consumer products, motor insurance and healthcare, and now infrastructure services. That breadth highlights the building’s appeal: a modern, sustainable and well-connected Grade A workplace that continues to draw high-quality occupiers from very different industries, all looking for fitted, ready-to-occupy space.
