Oryx completes third acquisition for its UK logistics development fund with a Thames Valley logistics scheme

Oryx is pleased to announce the completion of its third transaction for its industrial and logistics fund, the acquisition of 31 Turnpike Road, Newbury, a 6.29-acre freehold site in the Thames Valley.

Working in partnership with Coltham, the site will be developed to deliver nine new logistics units totalling c.127,000 sq. ft., ranging from c.5,000 to c.23,000 sq. ft., with all units targeting BREEAM Excellent. Positioned at the intersection of the M4 and A34, the scheme is designed to serve occupiers across London, Reading and the wider South East, and is currently progressing through the planning process.
