Oryx completes second acquisition for its UK logistics development fund with a Central London last-mile estate

Oryx is pleased to announce the completion of its second transaction for its industrial and logistics fund, the acquisition of 15 Mandela Way, a c.63,000 sq. ft. industrial estate in Bermondsey, London, acquired for £17.7 million.

The estate will be repositioned and upgraded in partnership with Bloom into a best-in-class, sustainable multi-let industrial estate comprising five units ranging from 7,000 to 18,000 sq. ft., with works expected to begin in 2026 and completion anticipated in 2027.
