Oryx completes first acquisition for its logistics development fund

Oryx is pleased to announce the completion of its first transaction for its industrial and logistics fund, a c.9.3-acre development site in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.

The site will be developed in partnership with Pembury Real Estate and will deliver five new high quality industrial and logistics units ranging from 9,300 to 54,000 sq. ft., with all units targeting EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings. Work has already begun, with planning submitted and demolition underway.
