Oryx together with Trinova have completed the acquisition of Helios Court, as part of Oryx’ Greater London diversified office strategy.
Situated in Hatfield, just north of the M25, the property comprises c.40,000 sq. ft. of high-quality office accommodation. Tenants include the international electrical equipment provider Schneider Electric, asset manager Falko, charity Crohns and Colitis, law firm Cleveland Scott York, aircraft inventory firm DASI, and the US headquartered Emergency Care Research Institute.
