What we do
Drawing on our extensive experience in real estate investment management, we identify long-term opportunities in the UK and Europe. We offer a transparent platform to deploy capital – working in a Sharia-compliant way that is aligned with our values, and those of our investors.
We take a proactive approach to investment management, to continually protect the interests of our investors. Following research-based, defensive themes, we finetune and finesse our approach to mitigate volatility and maximise returns.
How we do it
Our private equity real estate investments span three primary strategies. A diversified, high-yield office strategy is designed to build a portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings in Greater London and its immediate surrounds. While our long-income strategy is sector- and location-agnostic, focusing primarily on tenant credit quality, lease lengths, and defensive real estate fundamentals.
Finally, an extensive network within the wider real estate community enables Oryx to source a range of bespoke transactions – such as development projects, distressed real estate, provision of Sharia-compliant mezzanine financing and operational real estate.
In addition to the above direct real estate strategies, we also have significant experience advising clients on investing into publicly listed real estate equities, such as real estate investment trusts.
Our core principles
We are aligned. Oryx contributes considerable equity to every investment, ensuring we are aligned with our investors in every eventuality.
We are transparent. Oryx invests with integrity, from sourcing to exit. Our focus is on building trust and long-term relationships with our investors, facilitated through consistent and clear communication.
We are agile. We don’t raise capital with a pre-determined focus. That means we can invest in real estate themes that makes sense today; adapting our strategy in line with the market.
